Our organization is currently seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. This vital position plays a key part in delivering exceptional and efficient customer service to distributors, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company.
Job DescriptionThe primary responsibility of this position is to provide quality customer service, which includes interacting with customers and addressing their concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide top-notch customer service, including interacting with customers and resolving their issues.
- Process, enter, maintain, and provide status updates for all standard and special orders.
- Quote established prices or contract pricing for modified tools.
- Offer basic technical support and recommend products suitable for customer applications.
- Collaborate with internal sales personnel and the Customer Service Manager to address sensitive customer issues.
- Meet predetermined departmental KPIs.
- Support accounts receivable by investigating disputed payments and processing credit memos as needed.
- Resolve discrepancies related to quotes or purchase orders for all customer orders.
- Process routine returns, quality returns, and annual stock returns.
The ideal candidate will be an organized and enthusiastic self-starter who excels in a collaborative team environment and has strong oral and written communication skills in English.
