The Wealth Client Relationship Manager is responsible for working with Independent Wealth Consultants to expand client portfolios. The account opening process and related responsibilities are handled by the Wealth Sales Relationship Manager.
Main Responsibilities- Strengthen Client Relationships: Deliver exceptional service, address feedback proactively, and ensure seamless support across clients.
- Accelerate Business Growth: Identify new opportunities, drive successful sales initiatives, and contribute to a broader and stronger client portfolio.
- Apply Technical Expertise: Leverage knowledge of Treasury, Trust, Commercial, and/or Private Banking products to provide effective solutions.
- Relevant Experience: Proven background in sales, business development, or relationship management with a strong track record of driving client engagement and growth.
- Comprehensive Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Treasury, Trust, Commercial Banking or Private Banking products and services.
- Professional Communication & Agility: Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills, with a polished presence and ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
