Job Summary:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join our team as a Systems Administrator.
  • This individual will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems, servers, and network devices.

Detailed Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect against cyber threats.
  • Provide exceptional technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
  • Maintain system performance and uptime through regular monitoring and maintenance.
  • Create and manage backups to ensure business continuity.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), networking, hardware, and security protocols.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
  • Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
