Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of tax preparation professionals, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and accounting standards.

The ideal candidate will have extensive tax experience, a strong background in U.S. accounting, and a proven track record in leadership, compliance, and client relationship management. This role requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • CPA license is required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of U.S. accounting experience, with a focus on tax preparation and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Intuit ProConnect Tax Software - preferred but not required.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws and accounting standards.
  • Proven ability to lead and support a team effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset and excellent communication abilities.
  • Sharp analytical thinking with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Proficient in MS Excel for data analysis and reporting tasks.
