About the Role

Job Description:

This role is responsible for driving our sustainability strategy, incorporating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) criteria into our financial decisions.

  1. Develop and oversee ESG policies and procedures
  2. Represent the company in ESG-related meetings with stakeholders
  3. Assess sustainability risks and opportunities, ensuring initiatives align with sustainable development goals
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and integrate ESG risks and opportunities in financial portfolios and corporate activities
  • Ensure financial products and strategies reflect sustainable principles
  • Prepare ESG reports and presentations for executives and regulators
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure ESG alignment across companies
  • Research emerging ESG trends and recommend improvements on current corporate initiatives
  • Drive ESG awareness and training programs within the organization
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
  • Certification in Sustainable Finance or ESG analysis preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales, marketing, or operations with a life insurance company
  • Strong understanding of ESG SDGs, strategies, and risks
  • Proficiency in sustainability reporting frameworks
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and trends
  • Great interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Results-driven with track record of producing accurate, thorough work
