Organizations seeking precision and accuracy in their intake data require a meticulous individual to perform various tasks, including entering, validating, and maintaining records. This role plays a critical part in ensuring client information is accurate, compliant, and accessible.
The successful candidate will operate in a supportive environment and be responsible for several key duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and classify case data consistently using established coding standards.
- Review and audit records regularly to maintain accuracy benchmarks.
- Ensure seamless communication with teams regarding missing or unclear information.
- Protect confidential client data by adhering to strict privacy requirements.
- Generate reports and extract relevant data to meet the needs of attorneys and case managers.
To excel in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and excellent English communication abilities (written and verbal).
Prior experience in professional settings with proficiency in databases, spreadsheets, or case management systems is essential. You must also demonstrate your ability to handle confidential information with discretion and exhibit full availability to work U.S. business hours in Pacific Standard Time (PST), with occasional Saturday coverage.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in data entry, coding, or related fields.
- Proven expertise in utilizing databases, spreadsheets, or case management systems effectively.
- High degree of accuracy under deadlines.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Discretion when handling confidential information.
- Stable wired internet connection with a backup option.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in legal or medical intake processes.
- Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets proficiency.
- Background in remote team operations.
Proficiency in conversational Spanish or bilingual capabilities can be beneficial in supporting LATAM-based clients.
