Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Contingent Contact Center Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients during times of need.
This is a temporary, remote position contingent on hurricane disaster relief needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong ability to multitask.
Shifts are available from 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM ET. Candidates accepted for this role will be contacted on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Analyze customer issues and develop effective solutions
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals
- Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures
- Escalate complex issues to supervisor
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
