- Utilize our service techniques and systems to resolve issues effectively.
- Escalate customer dissatisfaction when necessary.
This is a temporary, remote position that requires professionals to work as needed in response to crisis relief efforts. We seek highly motivated and dedicated individuals who possess excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute).
