This role is ideal for a driven individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our services to target audiences and meeting assigned sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
">Key Responsibilities:- Develop and promote our financial solutions to key markets.
- Meet assigned sales targets and KPIs by converting leads into paying customers.
- Represent the company in front of various audiences through video appearances and livestream sessions.
- Build a personal brand through social media engagement and self-promotional content creation.
- Partner with influencers and community groups to amplify our message.
- Host webinars and provide regular customer guidance using formats provided by the company.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong personality are essential for this role.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and conducting livestreams/webinars.
- Strong time management and professionalism, with the ability to work remotely from home.
- Prior sales experience in any industry, with the ability to handle pressure.
- Proficiency with computers and software tools is required.
- Conversational English for internal communication.
- Experience in the finance field (Forex, crypto, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Ability to build a personal brand, including creating self-promotional content and videos.
