Account Growth Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand customer relationships and increase sales revenue.
  • Utilize cold calling and email outreach to engage with new and existing customers, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of our offerings and articulate their value proposition to customers.
  • Work collaboratively across geographies, functions, and time zones to deliver complex solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Negotiate prices and terms with partners, vendors, and OEMs to drive business growth.
  • Manage high-volume customer interactions, meeting or exceeding call time expectations.
  • Create quotes and develop competitive proposals in collaboration with internal pricing systems and technical teams.
  • Achieve performance targets established by leadership for Key Performance Indicators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Sales, or Business, or equivalent relevant experience preferred.
  • Strong prior experience in inside sales and working with global accounts.
