Job Title: Compliance Officer

A key role in ensuring regulatory compliance within an administrative context. Responsibilities include managing records of AFSS submissions, overseeing plant registration processes, and evaluating pool compliance strategies.

  • Maintain accurate records of AFSS (Annual Fire Safety Statement) submissions
  • Ensure all plant registrations are compliant with relevant regulations
  • Evaluate and implement effective pool compliance strategies

The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate administration, preferably in strata, property, or building management. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential, along with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
