Job Overview

This role supports the regulatory compliance team in maintaining up-to-date laws, procedures, and guidelines for assigned states.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and summarize data on payor guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Respond to queries with accurate information, providing clear and concise answers.
  • Review and update fee schedules as required, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain excel spreadsheets to track and analyze data.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of college education, preferably in a healthcare-related field.
  • Experience in medical billing, preferably in Behavioral Health, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and computer proficiency are essential.
