Design Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to lead our design efforts across multiple platforms.

This is an excellent chance for a talented designer to take on a leadership role and contribute to the creation of engaging user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement user interface designs for modern gaming and entertainment websites, including mobile-responsive experiences.
  • Analyze user feedback, analytics, and internal UX evaluations to enhance user experience across platforms.
  • Mentor and review work from junior designers, providing constructive feedback to improve design quality.
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems, UI libraries, and reusable interface components.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure design aligns with product vision.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital entertainment, interactive UX, and interface innovation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
  • A strong portfolio featuring user-centric designs, preferably within gaming, entertainment, or digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch. (Bonus: Zeplin, Principle, or similar tools.)
  • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy.
  • Understanding of behavioral UX and conversion-optimized design principles.
  • Experience with motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Lottie) is a plus.
  • Intermediate or higher English communication skills, both written and spoken.
