At Prince Retail Group of Companies, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Officer to join our team.

This role directly reports to the Executive and is responsible for providing general secretarial duties and assistance which includes:

  • Monitoring all pending projects and tasks assigned under the business unit;
  • Preparing minutes of meeting for all meetings conducted and attended by the Executive;
  • Analysing data needed by the Executive and sorting daily pending communications for immediate action;
  • Arranging meeting schedules, appointments and accompanying the Executives during business trips; and maintaining confidentiality of all information and tasks assigned by the Executive.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or any Business related courses. At least one (1) year to two (2) related work experience handling projects or tasks that need coordination and working with data and analysis is also essential.
