We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to support an entrepreneur in Melbourne, Australia. The ideal candidate is proactive, structured, and comfortable working independently across various teams and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize the calendar, including time-blocking, meeting preparation, and task prioritization
  • Maintain daily and weekly accountability around goals and tasks
  • Follow up with internal team members to ensure timely progress and updates
  • Support multiple businesses with diverse needs: pet supply retailer, property development, cosmetics brand, and beverage ventures
  • Help structure and refine systems for task management, communications, and planning
  • Assist with quarterly/monthly leadership priorities with a focus on strategy and planning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A seasoned executive assistant with strong organizational skills and proven ability to create and manage systems
  • Diplomatic communicator who follows up confidently without overstepping
  • Detail-oriented and autonomous – capable of 'filling in the blanks' and thinking one step ahead
  • Experience supporting multiple businesses or executives
  • Comfortable with fast-paced environments and working across dynamic teams
  • Professional, well-spoken, and proactive in written and verbal communication
