Commericial Growth Strategist

As a Category Manager, you will be responsible for leading commercial planning and driving strategic growth across health-related merchandise categories.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Drive category growth by optimizing sales, margin, and profit performance.
- Formulate business strategies, category plans, and promotional programs to increase revenue.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as sales vs. budget, category share, and ROI.
To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in category management, trade marketing, or commercial roles within pharmaceutical, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of health, wellness, or pharmacy-related products and trends.
- Proven ability to lead commercial planning and drive P&L performance.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and stakeholder management skills.
