Job Title:

Virtual Medical Support Specialist

Job Description:

As a Virtual Medical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to patients and clients.

You will be responsible for attending to patient calls, booking appointments, and ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential in this role, as you will be interacting with clients from various backgrounds and needs.

In addition, you will be required to prioritize tasks according to department requirements or business needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a medical customer service environment
  • Proven track record of effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication and customer service skills
  • Experience supporting Australian clients is highly advantageous
  • Proficient use of computer applications, including Microsoft Office
