This role is consultative; spanning our entire resource and product portfolio for your customer base. You will draw on knowledge and understanding of customers, the therapeutic area, the healthcare environment, our products, platforms, and service offerings to provide solutions to customer needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering promotional science-based brand messages on product, disease conditions, and services to support Health Care Professionals in meeting patient needs.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for seamless connection to our Subject Matter Experts and resources.
  • Onboarding customers to new operating models and new platforms (e.g., Digital Engagement Portal).
  • Being knowledgeable of customer preferences for programs, content, and channels to orchestrate an ideal customer experience through relevant content selection.
  • Regularly providing feedback to relevant roles on customer preferences for programs, content, and channels.
  • Developing and regularly updating a Master Work Plan (MWP) as a source of relevant information and guideline in planning Health Care Professional engagements and program offerings.
  • Detailing regularly to doctors and allied medical personnel through face-to-face visits as well as through personal and non-personal virtual channels.
  • Implementing promotional programs as cascaded by commercial leadership and proposing customer-specific promotional programs as needed.

You will achieve this through a combination of analytical skills to identify connections between data, products, services, and customer needs, written and verbal communication skills to build trusted relationships, and strategic thinking and planning to help customers see beyond the day-to-day.
