Job Overview

This role involves engaging with decision-makers through direct outreach and building relationships to secure qualified appointments for our sales team.

  • Initiate outbound calls to targeted healthcare practices, including dental and orthodontic offices, hearing health clinics, physical therapy centers, and other businesses in adjacent industries.
  • Engage in personalized messaging via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms to generate interest.
  • Qualify prospects using a proven framework.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring all details are accurately recorded in CRM systems.
  • Monitor call records and track metrics, meeting weekly appointment targets while adapting to live conversations to handle objections and build trust.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, 3+ years of experience in appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation, a proven track record of cold calling and DM-based outreach success, and proficiency in tools like power dialers and CRM software. Experience in the healthcare, medical, or B2B services sector is preferred, along with familiarity with HIPAA compliance and medical office operations.
