Job Title: Instagram Appointment Setter

Location: Remote

Type: Part-time / Full-time / Freelance

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission (or Commission Only, depending on setup)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and personable Instagram Appointment Setter to help grow our business by engaging leads, building rapport in DMs, and scheduling qualified appointments. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients on Instagram, and your role is critical in filling our calendar with high-quality leads ready to convert.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with potential leads via Instagram DMs (Direct Messages).
  • Qualify prospects by asking pre-scripted discovery questions.
  • Book appointments or consultations in the calendar of the sales team or business owner.
  • Maintain daily tracking of conversations, follow-ups, and booked calls.
  • Build relationships and establish trust with followers through organic outreach and strategic engagement (likes, comments, story replies, etc.).
  • Follow up with warm leads consistently to maximize conversion.
  • Collaborate with marketing or sales teams to optimize messaging and lead quality.

Qualifications:

  • >1 year of experience as Instagram Appointment Setter.
  • Proven ability to build rapport through direct messaging and initiate conversations that lead to conversions.
  • Familiarity with Instagram's platform, including DMs, Stories, comments, and follower engagement strategies.
  • Strong command of written English — clear, friendly, and persuasive communication is a must.
  • Comfortable working with scripts, objection handling, and qualifying leads using provided frameworks. With good sound judgement.
  • Highly organized and dependable — able to track outreach, manage follow-ups, and meet daily performance goals.
  • With own laptop, plus internet connection of at least 25 Mbps

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience using Canva for basic content creation, such as story posts or engagement graphics.
  • Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and take initiative in a remote work setting.
  • Open to feedback and coachable, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
