Job Schedule: Night Shift | 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Fixed, Weekends Off)

Salary: PHP 20, ,000 package

The Appointment Setter serves as the primary touchpoint for patient scheduling and coordination. This role is crucial for maintaining an organized schedule, reducing no-shows, and enhancing the patient experience through clear communication and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments via phone, email, or messaging platforms; send reminders to reduce no-shows.
  • Update electronic records with accurate appointment details and relevant patient information.
  • Respond to patient questions about services, preparation instructions, clinic hours, or paperwork requirements.
  • Align with physicians' schedules, manage specialist referrals or external appointments, and facilitate smooth transitions for patients.
  • Maintain empathy, professionalism, and clear communication—reflecting the quality of your healthcare team.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience in a healthcare account or appointment setting experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with numbers and basic data formats
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Willing to work FULL ONSITE, NIGHT SHIFT
  • Preferably residing in Taguig or nearby cities
  • Can start immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
