We are a dedicated team of business process outsourcing experts and innovators, with experience in supporting world-class companies in various industries.

We are currently looking for an Appointment Setter to work with our clients in the United States.

This role is perfect for those who have a passion for sales, communication, and building strong relationships.

The Role

In this challenging yet rewarding position, you will be responsible for making outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists.

Your primary goal will be to qualify leads and communicate our business offering effectively, setting up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.

You will also track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets, refining call scripts and sharing feedback with the sales team.

As an Appointment Setter, you will handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up, ensuring that all interactions are conducted in a respectful and courteous manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-3 years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales
  • B2B calling and appointment setting experience required
  • High call volume handling with discipline and resilience
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
  • Clear and coherent communication skills to introduce the company's value proposition and establish connections with U.S. based prospects
