Development and Learning Coordinator

The Training and Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence through continuous learning and skill enhancement.
This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives that boost productivity and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct new hire orientation, process training, and product instruction, guiding employees through onboarding, skill development, and transitioning to independent work.
- Design, deliver, and improve training programs, including advanced training for career advancement, leadership roles, and communication skills.
- Develop engaging training materials, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with assessed training needs.
- Provide real-time coaching, guidance, and technical support to employees, including team leads progressing through leadership levels.
- Support employees during transitions, address challenges, and facilitate exit processes for those not completing onboarding.
- Serve as a backup and support team operations when needed.
- Monitor training effectiveness, analyze insights, and recommend program enhancements to align with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure efficient processes and develop improved quality assurance systems.
