Expert Instructional Content Creator

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Content Creator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning technologies.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying engaging course content and learning activities for ILT, online, and virtual modalities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Apply recognized instructional design models to create high-quality course content.
  • Identify the most effective delivery methods for meeting learning objectives.
  • Develop training materials using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, and Canva.
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in adult learning theory and learning technologies.
  • Develop course content, including graphics, scenarios, job aids, simulations, audio scripts, eLearning courses, and live virtual learning experiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in learning/training/people development, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate, build relationships, and influence peers and stakeholders.
  • Experience with adult learning methodologies, learning management systems, eLearning authoring tools, and MS Office.
  • LMS Administration experience, preferably with Docebo.
