Learning Experience Facilitator

About the Role:
">This dynamic position is key to taking learning experiences to the next level by participating in our Global Proctor Program and supporting new hire classes.
">As a Proctor, you will play a vital role in facilitating classroom management, ensuring seamless execution of activities, and providing top-notch support to new hires throughout their training journey.
">- Classroom Management
- Monitor the classroom environment throughout the day, maintaining focus on agent engagement and technical concerns.
- Assist trainers with breakout rooms, coordinate interactions with HR/IT/OPs, and manage classroom visitors.
- IT Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide assistance with system issues, lockouts, ResultsCX access problems, and submit IT tickets as needed.
- Boosting Engagement
- Encourage active participation among agents through recognition and reward systems.
- Acknowledge correct and incorrect responses, using badges and emojis to enhance the learning experience.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Attend Leadership Developmental trainings when not in class and answer phone calls during breaks.
