Job Overview

The role of a data specialist is pivotal in delivering integrated project management solutions.

This full-time position requires strategic thinking and effective communication skills to meet client requirements.

Key responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for database usage questions, determining whether issues should be escalated, and coordinating with GRID Support for new reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate seamless database usage at the project level.
  • Ensure timely escalation of issues and coordination with support teams.
  • Determine client reporting needs and collaborate with support teams for custom reports.
  • Establish and maintain accurate data entry and reporting workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data entry, database administration, or data support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and written/verbal communication skills.
