Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition Business Partner plays a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for clients. This includes building strong relationships with stakeholders, identifying talent pipelines, and providing credible advice throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage requisitions from initial to final stages, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Develop strong relationships with senior leaderships, hiring managers, cross-functional teams, HR, and external partners.
  • Proactively network and engage in the local market to identify key talent pipelines and opportunities.
  • Closely collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on job descriptions, sourcing strategies, and candidate assessment processes.
  • Conduct screenings, develop assessments, and facilitate selection processes.
  • Work collaboratively with TA sourcing specialists to identify pipeline roles and develop engagement strategies.
  • Liaise with hiring managers and HR to ensure smooth offer processes and onboarding procedures.
  • Lead community engagement events, careers fairs, and PR initiatives to enhance employer branding.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition managing the full lifecycle.
  • Collaboration and Relationship Building: ability to build relationships with senior leaderships, hiring managers, cross-functional teams, HR, and external partners.
  • Extensive proficiency in proactive sourcing and talent community development.
  • Digital literacy and utilization of technology to drive efficiencies and increase impact.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, handling multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
