Job Title: HCM Business Analyst ConsultantAbout the Job

This role involves providing Workday HCM project support to clients across various regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in executing day-to-day activities, providing subject matter expertise, conducting sessions with clients, and mentoring other consultants.

  • The successful candidate will execute the day-to-day activities of Workday HCM project support for a variety of client contracts.
  • They will provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
  • Conduct sessions with clients to analyze business requirements and provide solutions to complex business problems.
  • The role also involves identifying strategies, risks, and options for recommending approaches towards meeting requirements for post-production clients.
  • Becoming a Workday HCM expert with deep knowledge of core functionality and future product direction is crucial.
  • Mentor other consultants and actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Workday implementation and/or post-production support with direct client interaction.
  • Active HCM Workday Certification is a must.
  • Workday Functional Supplemental Certification (Learning, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Core and Advanced Compensation, etc.) is an advantage.
  • Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage client expectations.
  • Strong analytical mindset and usage of analytics and reporting tools.
