Job Title

A dedicated Workday Certified Time and Absence Consultant is sought after to spearhead the successful deployment of Workday solutions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in configuring and implementing Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Foster effective collaboration with clients to gather and document business requirements, design and configure Workday solutions, and conduct thorough testing.
  • Work closely with the data conversion team to ensure seamless legacy data migration into Workday.
  • Lead integration consulting efforts in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and external systems.
  • Mentor junior consultants, promoting knowledge sharing and product expertise.
Requirements

The selected candidate will have a strong background in functional experience with Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Solutions. A minimum of 4 years' experience in configuring and implementing PATT solutions is required. Additionally, candidates must possess excellent communication skills, business analysis capabilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points

Prior experience deploying multiple HCM/Payroll projects simultaneously, as well as proficiency in SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, Ultimate, or similar applications, are highly valued.
