Bidding Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Bidding Specialist to lead and manage the bidding process for government contracts.

  • Analyze solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities aligned with company offerings in service apartment rentals or pest control services.
  • Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Conduct cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to develop effective bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather input and create accurate proposals.
  • Liaise with government agencies and contracting officers to clarify requirements and strengthen business relationships.
  • Track bid status, conduct post-bid evaluations, and implement lessons learned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong analytical skills to secure contracts effectively.
  • Expertise in preparing compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation.
  • Proficiency in bid management software and tools such as MS Office Suite.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bidding for government contracts, with a focus on service apartment rentals or pest control.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and procurement processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with federal agencies or contract platforms.
