At MCI, we're looking for skilled professionals to join our team of Disaster Relief Call Center Representatives.

Job Description:

As a key member of our disaster relief team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to individuals affected by natural disasters. You will work remotely, using your communication skills and technical abilities to resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide solutions to customer requests and resolve issues efficiently
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking candidates with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role (optional)
