Workflow Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Workflow Optimization Specialist to join our organization and drive process improvements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Optimize and Enhance Workflows:
      • Raise the efficiency of current workflows using tools like Lucidchart or similar software.
      • Identify potential issues with integrating workflows into Monday.com and provide proactive solutions.
    • Comprehensive Workflow Management:
      • Update and improve the work management system in Monday.com to cover the entire project lifecycle.
      • Ensure smooth project execution by accounting for all stages and processes.
    • Facilitate Cross-Party Communication:
      • Create a structured communication system within Monday.com for seamless collaboration between internal teams, external stakeholders, and other parties.
    • Subcontractor Collaboration System:
      • Develop a user-friendly system for subcontractors to log updates, submit requests, and provide feedback directly on boards or through integrated forms.
    • Dashboard Development:
      • Design and implement intuitive dashboards showcasing project statuses, KPIs, and other vital information.
      • Ensure dashboards are accessible and easy to understand for all users.
    • Ongoing Monitoring and Collaboration:
      • Continuously monitor Monday.com usage within the organization.
      • Provide insights, suggest improvements, and collaborate with the team for better workflows and processes.
    Requirements:
    • Proven experience in workflow optimization and Monday.com development.
    • Familiarity with Lucidchart or similar diagramming tools.
    • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and training abilities.
    • Ability to design intuitive dashboards and user-friendly systems.
