We are seeking a strategic Customer Relationship Manager to lead our customer engagement, retention, and loyalty strategies.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating impactful experiences, driving data-driven campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategy across channels (e.g. lifecycle email, WhatsApp)
- Analyse customer data and campaign performance to uncover insights and optimise communications
- Leverage customer insights to drive program enhancements that increase engagement, retention, and lifetime value
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business
- Min. 5 years of experience in a CRM role, preferably in retail or e-commerce
