Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients through customer engagement strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer-facing role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
