Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic customer support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers via chat, email, or phone.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve issues related to product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations at once.
