Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable representative to handle general inbound phone inquiries, assist customers with order placements, and provide product information.

    • Proven experience in customer service (voice support preferred)
    • Excellent verbal communication skills in English — clear, fluent, and friendly
    • Fast thinker with a no-nonsense approach and ability to get to the point efficiently
    • Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
    • Must be reliable, professional, and able to work independently from home
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
