We're seeking a seasoned operations professional to lead our remote team and drive business growth.

As the Senior Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable back-office processes that enable our professionals to focus on client delivery and business development.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong finance and bookkeeping skills, as well as experience managing diverse teams and external relationships.

You'll oversee financial operations, including A/R management, billing cycles, payment processing, and financial reporting.

In addition, you'll collaborate with Business Operations Technologists to enhance system integrations, automation, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly manage a team of 4-8 operations specialists
  • Provide strategic guidance, performance management, and professional development for team members
  • Oversee bookkeeping and accounting operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of operations management experience
  • Strong finance and bookkeeping background
  • Experience managing HR functions
  • Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Online preferred)
