AP Invoice Supervisor

The AP invoice supervisor oversees daily operations and directs multiple areas of an organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops, implements, and enhances operating policies, processes, and procedures that align with business goals.
  • Coordinates short- and long-term planning, joint ventures, business development, internal communications, and budgeting initiatives.
  • Supervises a large business or technical support team and is accountable for their results.
  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion and coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of AP/invoice processing experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven ability to lead daily operations, set team priorities, and drive performance.
  • Skilled in policy and process improvement aligned with business objectives.
  • Experience in project coordination, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within established guidelines.
