Administrative Support Professional

At Anytime Cleaners Corp., we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Professional to join our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business-related tasks, including creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational duties.
This role requires a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience as an executive or administration assistant. Key Responsibilities- Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents
- Answer phones and route calls to the correct person or take messages
- Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
- Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
- Help prepare for meetings
- Accurately record minutes from meetings
- Greet visitors and decide if they should meet with executives
- Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
- Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and distribute them as needed
- Make travel arrangements for executives
- Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
- Experience as a virtual assistant
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence
