At Anytime Cleaners Corp., we are seeking an exceptional Administrative Support Professional to join our executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business-related tasks, including creating reports, organizing travel and accommodation, taking minutes, and other organizational duties.

This role requires a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience as an executive or administration assistant. Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, memos, invoices, letters, and other documents
  • Answer phones and route calls to the correct person or take messages
  • Handle basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports
  • Research and conduct data to prepare documents for review and presentation by boards of directors, committees, and executives
  • Help prepare for meetings
  • Accurately record minutes from meetings
  • Greet visitors and decide if they should meet with executives
  • Use various software, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software
  • Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and distribute them as needed
  • Make travel arrangements for executives
  • Perform office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database
  • Experience as a virtual assistant
  • Open, sort, and distribute incoming faxes, emails, and other correspondence
