Lead Software Development Team

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take charge of our software development team, driving innovation and excellence in product shaping.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, outstanding leadership abilities, and a passion for creating cutting-edge solutions.

This is a senior role that requires exceptional expertise in all aspects of software engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and training junior team members, guiding design and architecture decisions, and spearheading the development of applications using MongoDB, Nest.js, Next.js, and Node.js or PHP/MySql.

As a founding member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the team's vision and strategy as we navigate the complexities of the digital landscape of generative AI.

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, or engineering;
  • Working experience with PHP is a significant advantage;
  • 5 - 10 years of core web apps development experience (front end & back-end);
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills, effective collaboration & communication skills;
  • Exposure to VSCode, Postman, Jira, GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker;

You will work closely with our team to devise creative solutions that overcome obstacles and address problems for the organization.
