
Legal Case Processor

As a Legal Intake Specialist, you will be responsible for enhancing case conversions through a voice-based intake system. Your primary focus will be on outbound calls, but you may also handle inbound calls as needed to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online forms, or referrals; handling inbound calls to ensure seamless communication with clients; adhering to a structured outbound script while building rapport and addressing client objections; meeting daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks; accurately capturing and updating client information using CRM tools; managing rejections professionally and escalating qualified leads efficiently; providing clear and timely updates on availability, performance blockers, or missed targets; participating in coaching sessions and applying feedback proactively; and maintaining transparency and accountability in daily work logs and call quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Strong sense of accountability - reliable with schedules, updates, and response times;
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision;
- Open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and resilient under pressure;
- Knowledgeable in client qualification and lead conversion processes;
- Familiar with AI-powered call analysis tools or willing to learn and adapt to them;
- Law fresh graduates, paralegals, or candidates with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
