We are seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to support our attorneys in providing top-tier legal services to clients across Texas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting and Filing of Legal Documents: The ideal candidate will draft, proofread, and file legal documents with accuracy and compliance to court procedures.
  • Evidence Review: Analyze and organize case evidence to aid attorneys in case preparation.
  • Billing and Administrative Support: Handle billing processes, perform administrative duties, and prepare/send invoices to clients.

Candidates require highly effective English communication skills, both written and verbal, with near-native proficiency preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the customer service industry is required; billing and invoicing experience is a plus.

The successful applicant must have their own laptop or PC, high-quality headset, high-speed internet, and backup connection. Flexibility to work night shifts and overtime is necessary.
