Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Case Intake Specialist to drive case conversions through our innovative voice-based intake system.

  • This role focuses on outbound calls, guiding potential clients through the intake process and capturing case details with precision.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Making outbound calls to follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, online forms, or referrals.
  2. Handling inbound calls as needed to support team collaboration and workflow continuity.
  3. Adhering to a structured outbound script while building rapport and handling objections.
  4. Consistently meeting daily and weekly call volume targets and conversion benchmarks.
  5. Accurately capturing and updating client information using CRM tools.
  6. Managing rejections professionally and escalating qualified leads efficiently.
  7. Providing clear and timely updates on availability, performance blockers (e.g., headset issues), or missed targets.
  8. Participating in coaching sessions and applying feedback proactively.
  9. Maintaining transparency and accountability in daily work logs and call quality.
Requirements
  • LAW graduates, paralegals, or professionals with experience in customer service, legal intake, or call centers are welcome.
  • A strong sense of accountability - reliable with schedules, updates, and response times.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Open to coaching, quick to apply feedback, and resilient under pressure.
  • Able to operate with consistent internet connection and functional equipment (headset, PC).
  • Flexibility in handling campaign shifts based on business needs.
