To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for setting up and managing project tracking systems to maintain visibility across departments. This involves establishing structured workflows to improve coordination and transparency. You must be proactive and resourceful, anticipating needs before they arise, and confident in driving accountability and ensuring deadlines are met.

Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in project coordination, business operations, or strategic initiatives is required. International internet, digital, or technology companies preferred.
  • A strong understanding of digital business models, online operations, and related terminology is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complex company processes - planning, budgeting, approvals, and audits is a must.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar is necessary.
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and dashboards are required.
  • You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and fast in execution.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across cross-functional teams are a requirement.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, while managing multiple priorities.
