Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Reporting: Support the team with data entry, reporting, and campaign performance tracking.

  • Marketing Presentations: Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and reports.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks including invoice processing and vendor coordination.
  • Creative Asset Management: Organize and maintain creative assets and documentation using shared drives and project management tools.
  • Social Media and Email Marketing: Support social media scheduling, email marketing coordination, and basic content updates.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Organization and Time Management: Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as Monday.com.
  • Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
