Sales Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for selling client's merchandise, products, goods, and services to current and potential customers. Your primary goal will be to attain sales targets on a monthly basis while providing excellent customer service and communication.
About the Job
- You will sell client's products and services to existing and potential customers through a relationship-based approach.
- You will identify advantages and compare clients' products and services.
- You will communicate new product and service opportunities, special promotions, developments, and information to customers.
- You will assist customers in selecting the best-suited products for their needs and create solutions to ensure a smooth sales process.
- You will manage quality and good sales service delivery to customers.
Requirements
- You must have at least a Senior High school graduate.
- You should have preferably 3-6 months Tele-sales BPO experience but not required.
- You should be results-oriented and keen to details.
- You should have basic knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- You should have good communication skills.
