Key Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound and cold calling, appointment setting, proposal writing, lead generation, discovery, and client management.

  • Conduct outbound/cold calls to leads to book meetings and discovery calls.
  • Identify potential customers and schedule meetings with target accounts using prospecting tools.
  • Schedule highly qualified meetings for sales managers by promoting services to build a sales pipeline.
  • Communicate the value proposition of products/services to prospects and assess their needs to determine a good fit.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new programs, messaging, sequences, campaigns, and offerings.
  • Adhere to established policies and work standards.
Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills and good comprehension.
  • Experience with outbound and cold calling is preferred; experience handling U.S. clients is a plus.
  • Minimal use of filler words in communication.
  • A basic understanding of sales principles and practices is necessary, including awareness of what sales professionals do and comfort with making cold calls.
