
Sales Business Developer

As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through outbound and cold calling, appointment setting, proposal writing, lead generation, discovery, and client management.
- Conduct outbound/cold calls to leads to book meetings and discovery calls.
- Identify potential customers and schedule meetings with target accounts using prospecting tools.
- Schedule highly qualified meetings for sales managers by promoting services to build a sales pipeline.
- Communicate the value proposition of products/services to prospects and assess their needs to determine a good fit.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate new programs, messaging, sequences, campaigns, and offerings.
- Adhere to established policies and work standards.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Strong communication skills and good comprehension.
- Experience with outbound and cold calling is preferred; experience handling U.S. clients is a plus.
- Minimal use of filler words in communication.
- A basic understanding of sales principles and practices is necessary, including awareness of what sales professionals do and comfort with making cold calls.
