Restaurant Operations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction through the implementation of efficient restaurant systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process Optimization: Design and implement process workflows, flow charts, and reports to facilitate correct corrective action for both operations and process owners.
  • Policy Development: Create and maintain policies, procedures, and processes necessary to improve and maintain store operation procedures for overall customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement a system of continuous improvement for store operation systems.
  • Standard Operating Procedures: Create compelling SOPs that are easy to follow and replicable resulting in operational excellence.
  • Solution Implementation: Recommend permanent solutions before implementing them to stores.
  • Process Alignment: Compile and align company processes related to but not limited to restaurant operation systems.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders for streamlined store openings.
  • Audit and Validation: Conduct store visits and validation audits on implemented processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure that all functions are performed accurately and finished in a timely manner.
  • Training and Support: Provide assistance and answer inquiries related to restaurant systems.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related course.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of work experience as a process improvement officer in restaurant operations, food manufacturing, or related.
  • Skills: Good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility: Willing to do field work.
  • Location: Candidate must be willing to be assigned in our secondary office location at ARCA South, Taguig City.
