Job Summary

The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations, ensures excellent customer service, supervises staff, and maintains compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality standards. This role serves as a link between management and employees, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management

  • Supervise daily front-of-house and back-of-house activities.
  • Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering, and control wastage.
  • Oversee cash handling, daily sales reporting, and shift closing procedures.

Staff Supervision & Training

  • Supervise, guide, and support restaurant staff during shifts.
  • Assign tasks and schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Conduct training and coaching to maintain service standards.
  • Monitor employee performance and recommend disciplinary or recognition actions.

Customer Service

  • Ensure prompt, efficient, and courteous service to all guests.
  • Address customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Encourage a customer-focused culture within the team.

Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Support promotional activities and special events.
  • Report daily operations, issues, and staff concerns to the Restaurant Manager/Owner.

Qualifications

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in shifting schedules.
  • Customer service–oriented and a good team player.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
