Lead Data Analyst

The ideal candidate will lead the analytics team in designing and implementing data models, dashboards, and reports to drive business insights and support strategic decision-making.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify key performance indicators and translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
  • Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and develop evidence-based recommendations.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing robust validation techniques.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for data processes, methodologies, and findings to facilitate knowledge sharing and improve data literacy.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior analysts within the department to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Partner with IT teams to enhance data infrastructure and analytics tools to improve data quality and reduce analysis time.
  • Present data insights and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders to inform business decisions and drive organizational success.

Requirements:
